Positions Available
Shipping & Handling Associate
Responsibilities:- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize warehouse inventory, incoming products, and customer orders
- Inspect orders for accuracy and prepare materials for shipment or delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with staging products for upcoming installations and deliveries
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment when needed
- Communicate with office staff and installers to ensure timely deliveries
- Deliver products and materials to job sites as needed
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage during transport and storage
Door & Window Installer
Responsibilities:- Work independently and as part of a team on residential and commercial installations
- Remove and install interior and exterior doors and windows
- Install large door systems including bifold doors, sliding doors, and multi-panel systems
- Install finish materials including interior and exterior casing and trim
- Install door hardware and ensure proper functionality and alignment
- Maintain clean and professional job sites at all times
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Follow company installation standards and manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship
- Help train and support team members when needed
- Represent the company with professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:- Assist walk-in customers, contractors, architects, and designers with product selections
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide knowledgeable customer support
- Learn door and window products, services, and installation processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Develop a personal book of business through referrals and repeat customers
- Prepare estimates, sales orders, and product quotes accurately
- Coordinate product orders, installations, and customer service requests
- Help customers find products that fit both their style and budget
- Resolve customer concerns and assist with service scheduling when needed
- Maintain showroom organization and product knowledge
- Follow up on leads and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Manager
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily sales operations and sales team performance
- Review estimates, sales orders, installation schedules, and customer follow-ups
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet company goals
- Conduct sales meetings and provide coaching and support to staff
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalated issues
- Monitor sales margins, pricing, and profitability
- Ensure showroom schedules are properly staffed and organized

Woodworker / Custom Millwork Craftsman
Responsibilities:- Operate woodworking machinery and shop equipment safely
- Build and fabricate custom doors, moldings, windows, and millwork products
- Replicate existing wood products to customer specifications
- Read measurements, drawings, and project specifications accurately
- Sand, assemble, and prepare finished products for installation or delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized woodshop environment
- Ensure craftsmanship and quality standards are met on every project
- Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Delivery Driver
Responsibilities:- Load and secure products safely onto delivery trucks
- Deliver doors, windows, and materials to job sites and customers
- Assist with unloading deliveries carefully and professionally
- Inspect orders before delivery to ensure accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
